Eric L. Bers is President of Pacesetter Homes, Inc. The company has been building beautiful homes since 1990 under Mr. Bers. He is a registered Professional Engineer and an active member of the Home Builders Association of Maryland. Pacesetter holds a State-wide license, a General Contractor's license in Howard County and special licenses in Prince Georges' and Montgomery County. Mr. Bers boasts that Pacesetter has never built the same house twice. In the past, Pacesetter Homes has built a 732 square foot home for a retired Senior Citizen and 3,624 square feet universally designed home for a non-ambulatory Veteran; no home is too small or too large. Pacesetter has built ranchers, cape cod homes, split level and split foyer models, two-story designs, and more. Mr. Bers has even constructed a 3200 square foot modular home to test that technology--Pacesetter builds both modular homes as well as stick-built homes.
