This Public-Private Partnership initially focused on Homeowners who were negatively impacted by the 495 ExpressLanes Project but continues its work by creating, connecting and promoting efforts to restore eco-system functions. This work translates to real estate with a focus on sustainability and how it can be applied to make more livable communities, increase value for resale, and assisting clients in making good choices when it comes to improving projects that add value to the homeowner by choosing projects that promote sustainability where possible.

Negotiating and process management are strengths that assist buyers and sellers in locating and achieving their real estate goals across the spectrum whether they are first time home buyers or seasonedinvestors. Particular interest areas focus on renovations for resale and getting estate homes ready for sale.

Previous experience relating to real estate includes owning and operating a business relocation service, hotel management,and managing a government contracts law firm.
