As a child I always had an interest in drawing. Most of all I would draw people or buildings. In middle school I began to take up drafting and art where I would draw 2 and 3 dimensional views of homes inside and out. By high school I decided that I wanted to be an architect. However, when I went to college I was mentored to go into engineering where I could still design and use my artistic skills. So after 5 years attending the George Washington University School of Engineering,I graduated with a Bachelor’s Of Science. I went to work for the Department of Defense, Navy Department, where newly designed aircraft and missiles were being developed. I was able to use my design, engineering and artistic skills.
However, I still had a passion for homes of all ages and design and would tour new and old developments on the weekends. It was then I decided to become a Real Estate Agent.
My Engineering career was nice, but now that I can dedicate 100% of my time doing what I have always enjoyed as a child. And helping others to make the next move - selling and buying a new home – is priceless.
