Specializing in single-family homes, condominiums, vacation homes, and investment properties, Nicole holds credentials as an Accredited Buyers Representative and is licensed in both Maryland and Delaware. A Pittsburgh native, Nicole moved to Sussex County in 1986, where she currently resides in Frankford with her family. Her professional journey includes nine years at Sea Colony, engaging in property management and accounting, followed by a decade at a professional land surveying firm. This role deepened her understanding of real property nuances such as flood zones, municipal procedures, new constructions, and subdivisions. Nicole became part of the Allison Stine Team in March 2015. Outside of work, Nicole is dedicated to fitness, actively supports her son’s athletic pursuits, and relishes spending time at the beach, embracing everything the local area has to offer.
