The Right Motivation

Shannon Willett has been a Realtor with Long and Foster,in Northern Virginia, since 2012, when she made a big splash and was named"Rookie of the Year."

She has lived in Virginia since 1996 and knows the people and neighborhoods throughout northern Virginia very well.

Since getting her license, Shannon, earned the titles of Current Real Estate Designations - CNE (Certified Negotiator Expert), CDPE(Certified Distressed Property Expert). She is currently working on getting her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), Certified Facilitator for Peak Producers Work by Referral using the Brian Buffini Referral System.

Also, she is a member of the Million Dollar Club for the Prince William County Association of Realtors.

Shannon has a baccalaureate of science degree in Criminal Justice from Bluefield College,Virginia. She currently is a member of the Board of Directors for Bluefield Alumni Association.

As for her personal information, Shannon is originally from Morehead City, N.C. She has been married to her husband Rick for 20 years.He's a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of 10 years, currently working as a contractor for the Department of Defense.

The couple are animal lovers and currently have two dogs.

Shannon has been active in philanthropic organizations all her life. She's currently an active volunteer at SERVE, a Northern Virginia Family Service charity that invests in families and strengthening communities.

Shannon loves to cook and also is very active on social media.

One little-known thing about Shannon is that prior to declaring Criminal Justice as her major, she wanted to become a professional Opera Singer and sing at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City.
