Candy Williams joined the Michael Kogler Team of Long & Foster in Rehoboth Beach in 2015. The team's focus is to provide service that has real value to home buyers and sellers along surrounding area of the Delaware and Maryland Atlantic shore.

Candy began selling real estate in 1997 - a year after retiring from the Anne Arundel County Police Department. She missed helping people. The skills learned in police management are useful in helping people define and reach their home ownership goals. Candy knows that listening to people effectively is an important characteristic for realtors. Transaction conflicts and issues are handled with calm resolve. Asked about the differences between real estate sales and policing, she says the good news is that it is more enjoyable driving people in real estate - their hands are free and they are not spitting at her. The bad news is the ladies' room line is far longer for women in real estate.
