During this time I provide for the seller a step-by-step process of getting the house ready for the market including what to expect once it's on the market and any additional information needed to get their house to settlement quickly and most profitably. In addition, I provide the seller with a Comparative Market Analysis and an explanation about what the real-estate market says their house is worth.
