Kerrie currently resides in Fort Washington PA with her husband Marc. She has lived in Upper Dublin Township since 1993, and has 3 grown children who graduated from Upper Dublin High School in 2013 and 2015. She is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Textile and Science, now called Phila U, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. She also operates a real estate investment company, KDM Properties, LLC.
Kerrie is a 25 year veteran in residential real estate, commercial property management and comes from a family legacy in real estate with commercial office holdings in Blue Bell. Kerrie represents both buyers and sellers, and has vast experience selling single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and multi-family units. She is an avid real estate investor in the area, and has first hand experience on many different ways to finance investment properties.
In her free time, she can be found sailing down on the Toms River with her husband, sitting on the beach or swimming in the ocean.
