Steve Manning was born and raised in Upstate New York and moved to the Baltimore area after college. Steve's interest in the historic and current real estate trends of Baltimore steered him to become a licensed real estate salesperson in 2020. In his first year with Long & Foster, Steve was named the Towson office 'Rookie Realtor of the Year.' Steve especially likes to work with first-time homebuyers as he can use his teaching skills to help guide clients through the home-buying process. Steve lives with his wife Jenny and their dog Winston in Baltimore’s Little Italy Neighborhood. He enjoys learning new things, meeting new people, and maintaining an active lifestyle. Steve holds a MS in School Administration, a BA in History Education, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management.
