Background
Forrest attended Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Richmond, where he obtained degrees in Business, Information Systems, and Leadership Studies. He became a real estate investor at the age of 25, when he bought his first income-producing property in Corolla, NC.

A long-term employee at a Fortune 100 financial services company, Forrest also has career experience brokering commercial real estate, developing retail outparcels and shopping centers, and negotiating commercial real estate sales and leases.

His background in business, real estate investment, and ownership allows him to have a unique perspective while representing residential clients, commercial real estate owners, and investors.
