James Farrelly

A native Washingtonian, James pursued his real estate career following eighteen years in the restaurant industry. As the former general manager of an area restaurant, he acquired invaluable supervisory experience along with exceptional communication and customer service skills, skills he brings to his real estate work.

With a BS in economics from George Madison University, James understands the business and economic fundamentals that drive the real estate market, knowledge he shares with his clients. This, along with his familiarity with D.C. and its neighboring suburbs made his transition into real estate an easy one.

James enjoys working with a diverse community in a major metropolitan area and guiding clients through the active Washington, D.C. area real estate market. He is dedicated to meeting his clients’ needs and to making every transaction as enjoyable and successful as possible.

James is affiliated with Long & Foster’s award-winning Bethesda Gateway Office, the only real estate office in the Washington, D.C. metro area to exceed a billion dollars in annual sales for 18 years.
