All roads led Amy to real estate in Williamsburg, Virginia!

As a Napa, California transplant, Amy feels right at home in this community full of families, tourists and even a few wineries.

Amy’s commercial real estate background and degree in Journalism, minor studies in City Planning and Policy (San Francisco State University) and Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing (Rutgers School of Business) sets a rock solid foundation for supporting you through all of your real estate ventures. Amy’s goal is to share her obsession with details and love of all things real estate to make your selling or buying experience as seamless, successful and stress-free as possible.

Amy has lived in Williamsburg since 2016 and is a mother of 3 school aged children in WJCC schools.

Coming from a commercial real estate finance, development and acquisitions background, I am well versed in high dollar, time sensitive transactions where discretionand integrity are of the utmostimportance. Combined with life as a military spouse and investor, I’ve got your bases covered regardless of your position in life, wants or needs.

If you happen to be military, or in one of the many industries with a high relocation rate, I am your person. With four cross-country / international moves in 8 years (not including local moves!), I am no stranger to buying and selling long distance. Additionally, as an investor and long-distance land lord myself, I am here for intentional or accidental real estate investors.

I’m obsessed with tweaking and preparing homes to sell for top dollar and I have a passion for researching the details. As an agent, my goal is to make the buying and selling processes as seamless, successful and stress-free as possible.
