Other than a lifetime in the real estate industry, Ann is committed to the community. She and her husband have raised their children in South Bethany as full time residents since college. She has owned rental properties in Bethany and Florida and spends most of her time in and around Bethany Beach. Her daughters now own a popular ice cream, fudge and coffee shop on main street in Bethany. She also owns Bethany Beach Beverage company with other family members.
