North Ridge offers a private community of 50 homes on the grounds of The Homestead resort in Hot Springs. There's direct access to the golf course and trails to the Hotel within a short walk. All of this and total privacy at the end of Shadow Court. This 3 level home differs from the standard floorplans of North Ridge and was built to the requirement of the development's president: he had the pick of the best site and customized the home. There are many special features to the home, but my favorite is the private back yard and deck protected by woods where no new homes can be built. Resort access blended with complete privacy.
This well maintained home is located in a quiet spot at the end of Fairview Lane. The large mowed yard is shaded by tall trees. The home has heart pine and oak floors beneath carpet. Public utilities. Close to Hot Springs, but tucked away on a quiet street.

Beautifully restored this log home was originally built circa 1780-1810 and expanded upon in 2004. This private retreat spans more than 30 pristine acres while the property borders a 9,000 acre Nature Conservancy and the George Washington National Forest. Repositioned from one end of Bath County to its current location atop Warm Springs Mountain, this structure also underwent an extensive restoration. Since completed, the home retained its original limestone foundation, hand-hewn logs, ceiling beams and stone chimney. In addition to the revival of the original home, a separate home was built aside it to expand and complement the historic log home. The two homes were thoughtfully and harmoniously designed, to become one. This home features a vintage style kitchen, family room, dining room, plus two more bedrooms, two stone fireplaces, one and half baths plus an outdoor shower and additional great room. Multiple outdoor/screen porches and spaces for relaxing and stargazing with friends and family. Just a short drive away is the Village of Hot Springs and the Omni Homestead Resort which offers year-round activities at your doorstep.
