I can help you find your dream home with a floor plan that works for you.  We can set up an automatic search that will send you homes that fit your criteria as soon as they hit the market.  I will also ask my fellow agents and contacts for leads on potential homes that are getting ready to come on the market—giving you early insight on all possible homes for sale.  I will arrange for showings and we can tour homes at a time that works for you.  Once you find that prefect home, I can help you write a strong offer and negotiate the deal.  I am with you the entire step of the process.
