A 40-year veteran of the business, Jane is a pillar in the Maryland real estate community. She has been consistently ranked among the very top producers in Maryland, the Capital Region, and nationally. Brooke Heiberger

Brooke is an expert buyer and listing agent licensed in both Maryland and Virginia. Raised in Potomac, Maryland, Brooke has in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, especially in the Potomac, Rockville and Gaithersburg areas. She prides herself on providing all of her clients with unparalleled customer service. Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail help ensure that each real estate transaction goes smoothly. Brooke also serves as an active member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
David Fairweather
Associate Broker
David Fairweather received a Ph.D in Statistics from Florida State University, and worked for the Federal Government for 19 years as a senior research analyst. Since 1975, he has created a large rental portfolio of single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums as a Real Estate Developer. In addition, he developed 1,428 acres of land in Chesterfield, Virginia and donated 439 acres to the Virginia Department of Forestry for a State Park. As a founding Director of Monument Bank in Bethesda, David served from September 2005 to October 2011 as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 2012, David Fairweather developed a solar farm in Worton, Maryland that produces 560,000 kilowatts of power per year – enough power to support 75 single family homes. The power is sold monthly to the Chesapeake Electric Cooperative. David received three Federal grants from the Federal government for this project of more than $600,000 and a Maryland Energy grant of $50,000. David contracts with Sol Systems and sells solar renewable energy credits, quarterly. Throughout his career, David Fairweather has succeeded as an Associate Broker for Long & Foster Real Estate in Bethesda, MD and is licensed as an Associate Real Estate Broker in Maryland, DC and Virginia.
Kelly Fairweather
Director of Property Management / Administrative Director / Licensed Buyer/Listing Agent
Kelly is the Director of Property Management Services for the Jane Fairweather Team. Kelly’s daily functions are to service and maintain the rental properties she has under management as well as provided management services to condo associations in the Bethesda market area. She is also the Administrative Director of the team and handles all back-office tasks such as payroll, budgets, building maintenance, and the supervision of the property maintenance team. Kelly’s professional knowledge ensures a quick response to owners and tenants alike. She meets their needs at the highest level, which ultimately maximizes the value of the property. She is also a licensed agent in MD and DC assisting sellers and buyers with their real estate needs. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys running and going to Soul Cycle as well as spending time with her family and dog, Bodhi!
Ron Ziegel

Ron has been with The Jane Fairweather Team the longest, yet somehow, miraculously, looks the youngest (except for Jane of course). Born abroad, Ron grew up in Los Angeles, swam for the University of Louisville and then met the Fairweather’s while getting a masters from George Washington University. Ron is a seasoned veteran in all aspects of the Real Estate Transaction, is licensed in Maryland & District of Columbia and has an extensive background in renovation, building and design. In his spare time, Ron serves as an officer of the Amite Club of Washington, collects high end stereo equipment, and enjoys trips to Florida.
Sharetta King
Licensed Buyer/Listing Agent
Sharetta is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Title Insurance Producer and Notary Public in Virginia and Maryland. Sharetta joined The Jane Fairweather Team in 2014 lending her expertise of the real estate industry. She has been in the real estate industry since 1998 accumulating her vast knowledge from different aspects of the industry as a Title Abstractor/Examiner; Jr. Title Insurance Underwriter; Loan Officer; and a Senior Title Processor and Settlement Officer at prominent Law Firms and Title Companies. Sharetta is solution oriented and has an in-depth knowledge and focus on contract compliance while sharing her expertise by teaching and serving her community in the process of buying or selling a home. She has handled most types of closings including Reverse Mortgages, Foreclosures, Short Sales, REO's and has processed residential settlements nationwide! Sharetta is an active volunteer for the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research. Being from Baltimore, Sharetta is a Baltimore Ravens fanatic residing in Ashburn, VA where she enjoys working out at the gym, hiking and traveling to different countries experiencing different foods and cultures.
Kyle Welty

Licensed in Maryland, Kyle is a 10-year veteran at The Jane Fairweather Team, in addition to being the Vice President of Welty Homes, an award-winning custom Home Building Company. Kyle combines his real estate expertise with building custom homes in Montgomery County and beyond. Kyle grew up in Potomac and attended Wootton High School in Rockville, where he excelled on the basketball court. He went on to play college basketball at Bridgewater College in Virginia. Although he had several opportunities to play professional basketball overseas, he decided instead to return to his hometown and follow in his family’s footsteps with a career in real estate. In his spare time, you can find Kyle on the golf course or basketball court.

Debbi Minkoff Miller

Debbi and her rescue dog, Archie, volunteer with Pets on Wheels, an organization that brings friendly therapy-pet visits to people throughout Maryland, and for many years has been a volunteer house captain for the Georgetown House Tour. Lisa Siegel

People know her for her high energy, creativity, and in-depth knowledge of Montgomery County Real Estate. Lisa is the Director of Marketing and Listings. Born and raised in Montgomery County, Lisa is a true Washingtonian. After graduating from Boston University with a Bachelors of Science, she began her career at her family business in Arlington. When the family business closed, Lisa made her foray into real estate, working with a local firm where she specialized in helping seniors downsize their homes. It was while she was assisting Jane’s clients that Jane became aware of her talents and offered Lisa a position on the Jane Fairweather team. Lisa’s role on the team includes preparing homes for sale and marketing the teams listings. She is responsible for their advertising in all print and social media venues. Licensed in the state of Maryland, and the District of Columbia, Lisa has earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, and continues to assist empty-nesters with the overwhelming challenges of moving from their longtime family homes to their new space. Lisa currently resides in Potomac with her husband and four legged child Logan. In her spare time, you will find her visiting her kids, reading, and cheering on her beloved Washington Capitals.

(Yes, she loves the Milwaukee Bucks and the Green Bay Packers. And yes, in that order!) Stacey understands both buying and selling of homes because she herself has been in those same exact shoes many times- she has moved cross country (4x), and locally (2x). And because Stacey is extremely detail-oriented, you can rest assured she will watch over every part of your transaction from beginning to end, making sure you get to the closing table seamlessly. Erica Patton
Marketing & Listings Coordinator
Born and raised in Montgomery County, Erica is a true Marylander through and through. Growing up in Silver Spring she attended St. John’s College High School and then went on to Towson University where she graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and a minor in Business Law. Erica started with The Jane Fairweather Team as the Marketing and Listings Intern during her senior year at Towson. After graduation, she started full-time with the team as our Marketing and Listings Coordinator and soon earned her Maryland Real Estate license. Managing all of our social media accounts while assisting in all other areas of marketing, Erica brings a fresh perspective to all of our marketing projects. In addition to marketing, Erica assists in preparing your home for the market from paperwork to staging to photoshoots and everything in between. In her spare time, you will find her at Bethany Beach, taking golf lessons, or spending time with her family and friends.
Micah Beard
Office Manager
Micah attended the University of Georgia and lives in Takoma park with his wife and son. He moved to the area two years ago with his wife and son to be closer to family after being licensed in Pennsylvania. Micah enjoys meeting new people and helping them plan for their future homes. The unique characteristics of each real estate transaction is what makes this career choice so enjoyable for him. His goals are to continue to build community and friends and to help them navigate the home buying process as a friend and agent. In his free time you can find Micah spending time with his family and neighbors, playing soccer with a team in DC, or practicing golf. He has been licensed in Maryland and DC since 2018.
Paige Payne
