The fireplaces upstairs and in the basement are both wood-burning. They were last used and cleaned in 2015 but have not been used since. The HVAC units were installed in 2017. They are regularly serviced twice a year and properly maintained. Water usage is provided by Fairfax County, however there is separate well-water available for washing of cars, gardening and for the barn, not impacting the monthly water bill. Location is just off Colvin Run Rd. We are close to dining, shops and community services. Easy access to Rt 7, Tyson's Corner, Wolf Trap Park, Great Falls Park, and other localities of public interest.
