The Eldersburg Office of Long & Foster Real Estate collected food and personal items for the South Carroll Food Pantry. The generosity of the Eldersburg community never ceases to amaze us.
The South Carroll Food Pantry serves perishable and non-perishable groceries to anyone in need. We’ll be setting up for a drive-through distribution on designated Saturdays with cars being directed through the check-in process at the main entrance where guests will get their tickets. You’ll proceed around the back of the Church and eventually make your way to the entrance of the Fellowship Hall where you’ll hand in the ticket and wait for your order. You will be asked to open your trunk and your groceries will be placed inside. Pantry workers will all be wearing masks & gloves and maintaining appropriate social distancing; we ask that all guests do the same.
This is the third time we have done this outside of the Eldersburg Safeway and Aldi grocery stores. They have been great partners in this endeavor. And once again, the residents of Eldersburg came through. This post is our way of saying “Thank You!!” to each and every person who gave a donation of food, personal items, or cash.
